1. General Provisions

678be (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "Company") is an online gaming and entertainment service provider operating for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of 678be's website, mobile application, and any related services.

3. Age Limit and Eligibility

The minimum age to use the 678be platform is 21 years. This platform operates for those aged 21 and above only. Providing gaming access to those under age is strictly prohibited.

By registering, you declare that you are at least 21 years of age. 678be may request a copy of your national identity card or passport for age verification at any time. Withdrawals may be held until age verification is complete.

3.1 Geographic Eligibility

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts, using a VPN to claim bonuses, or obtaining bonuses through any other dishonest method is strictly prohibited. In such cases, the account and all bonuses will be forfeited.

6. Betting and Gaming

The rules for betting and gaming at 678be are as follows. Certified software provider technology is used to ensure fair play across all games.

6.1 General Gaming Rules

• The outcome of all games is determined by a random number generator (RNG)
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the bet for that round will be refunded
• If the internet connection is lost during a game, the result will be saved on the server
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football (including FIFA), kabaddi, and other sports. The applicable rules for each bet are displayed on the game page.

6.3 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding game results or transactions must be reported to the support team within 72 hours. 678be's decision will be considered final and binding.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and any such activity will result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Opening an account using another person's identity
• Any form of hacking or manipulation of platform software
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software
• Attempting to predetermine game outcomes
• Collusion with other players
• Money laundering or processing of illegal funds
• Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform
• Using a VPN or proxy to access from a restricted region
• Providing false information or engaging in fraudulent conduct

8. Account Closure

8.1 Closure by User

8.2 Closure by Platform

678be may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any of these terms and conditions
• Fraudulent activity or suspicious behaviour
• Providing false identity or information

If an account is closed due to prohibited activities, the balance and bonuses may be forfeited. In the case of closure for legitimate reasons, the available balance will be returned.
